Refund policy

We offer a free-of-cost exchange if a defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving a damaged bottle or the wrong item. To initiate an exchange, please contact our team with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that this policy applies only to items damaged during shipping. Damage occurring after use due to normal wear and tear is not eligible for an exchange.

Note: Preference plays a big role when it comes to perfumes because scent is very personal and subjective. What smells amazing to one person might not suit another's taste at all. This is why whenever a customer reaches out, our team takes the time to ask detailed questions before recommending a perfume.

Also, it's always a good idea to try out minis or smaller sizes first before investing in a full-sized bottle. This way, you can test the fragrance on your own skin, see how it develops throughout the day and make sure it truly matches your style before committing.

Since scent is a matter of personal preference, exchanges cannot be provided if the fragrance doesn't suit individual taste.
